• Manage the daily activities of office staff.
• Hire coach train and develop team members as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
• Foster a professional productive and customer-focused work environment.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products policies and services.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
