Key Responsibilities
Organize and prepare clinical materials including sanitizing toys and assembling clinical bins.
Assist administrative team with office communications.
Prepare organize and maintain files.
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist the administrative team with projects and day-to-day office operations.
Run local business errands as needed.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming office environment.
Greet visitors and assist with checking in interview candidates.
Support various office tasks and other duties as assigned.
Proactive and forward-thinking with a see it solve it mindset. Takes ownership of responsibilities identifies what needs to be done and proactively asks Whats next rather than waiting for direction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Flexible dependable and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
Professional friendly and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience.
Customer service experience.
Associates degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
Bilingual.
Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
