Office Assistant, Economics (FWS)

• Assist in responding to telephone and email inquiries.
• Assist faculty staff and students.
• Collecting mail distributing mail and campus deliveries.
• Monitor frequently used office supplies for inventory.
• File scan copy and organize documents.
• Enter data and update records.
• Assist students with basic departmental inquiries.
• Support departmental projects and events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to follow instructions and explain to others.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office search engines computer applications.
• It is preferred but not required that the incumbent demonstrates prior experience in an office setting.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
