Summary

- Systematize and upkeep both physical and electronic filing archives to guarantee swift access to financial and administrative records.
- Draft standard reports memorandums and presentation materials utilizing common office productivity tools.
- Facilitate fundamental accounting duties such as invoice processing and the administration of expense claims.
- Act as the central liaison for all internal and external communications routing inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Track office supply levels and procure necessary items to maintain sufficient inventory.
- Aid in the rollout and adoption of new administrative protocols and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-1 year of prior experience in administrative support or office management.
- Education: Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; a certification in business administration is advantageous.
- Skills: Demonstrated competence in office management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities with the aptitude to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Organization: Superior time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail particularly within a dynamic fast-paced setting.
- Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of financial services operations is preferred though not mandatory.
