  • Systematize and upkeep both physical and electronic filing archives to guarantee swift access to financial and administrative records.
  • Draft standard reports memorandums and presentation materials utilizing common office productivity tools.
  • Facilitate fundamental accounting duties such as invoice processing and the administration of expense claims.
  • Act as the central liaison for all internal and external communications routing inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Track office supply levels and procure necessary items to maintain sufficient inventory.
  • Aid in the rollout and adoption of new administrative protocols and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-1 year of prior experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Education: Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; a certification in business administration is advantageous.
  • Skills: Demonstrated competence in office management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities with the aptitude to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
