Job Summary
- Maintain a full-time onsite presence in the Denver office MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:00 PM.
- Greet andassistvisitors clients and employees ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Support officefacilitiesneeds including monitoring and replenishing office and kitchen supplies accepting deliveries coordinating maintenance andassistingwith overall workspace functionality.
- Maintain organization cleanliness and readiness of reception and shared office areas.
- Provide administrative support to Office Directors firmwide including calendar coordination meeting scheduling and day-to-day administrativeassistance.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for Office Directors.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events including room scheduling or off-site venues catering and refreshments preparation of materials and logistical communication.
- Support internal cultural engagement initiatives including eventassistanceand recognition or gifting coordination.
- Answer and direct calls on the main reception line in collaboration with other administrative team members.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to colleagues to ensure seamless office coverage and consistent service delivery.
- Assistwith special projects tasks and assignments in support of operational and businessobjectives.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism customer service and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Minimum 4 years administrative support experience or office coordination preferably in architecture design or construction industries.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technologies; ability to quickly learn internal systems and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines andmaintainattention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a service-oriented and proactive approach.
