What Youll Do:

• Keep the office running like a well-oiled machineanswering phones scheduling jobs managing calendars and supporting the team.
• Greet visitors clients and vendors with a warm professional presence (you set the tone!).
• Handle data entry file management and documentation with superhero-level accuracy.
• Assist with billing invoices timecards and other administrative tasks.
• Support field technicians and leadership with logistics communication and coordination.
• Be the glue that holds the team togetheranticipating needs solving problems and creating calm in the chaos.

What You Bring:

• 2 years in an administrative or office support role (bonus points if its in construction service or fire protection).
• Excellent communication skillsphone email and face-to-face.
