Job Title: OCM Consultant (ServiceNow)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to drive organizational change initiatives for ServiceNow adoption. The role focuses on ensuring smooth transition improving user adoption and minimizing resistance during transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Drive change management strategy for ServiceNow implementations
Develop communication training and stakeholder engagement plans
Conduct impact assessments and organizational readiness checks
Enable user adoption and support transformation initiatives

Required Skills

6 10 years of experience in OCM/Change Management
Experience in IT transformation programs (preferably ServiceNow)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Site: Sunnyvale CA (5 Days Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
