No productivity quotas no double-booking no clinic burnout just meaningful 1:1 care with full clinical autonomy and a compensation structure built around your goals. Full-time 1099 therapists can earn up to $145000 annually based on visit volume.

Whether you want a few PRN visits a week or a full-time income with W-2 benefits we have an option that fits. Most therapists are seeing patients within two weeks of joining.
What the Role Looks Like:
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Yonkers.
- Develop and manage individualized plans of care with full clinical autonomy.
- Help patients improve independence safety mobility upper extremity function and ADL performance.
- 1:1 care every visit no double-booking ever.
- Complete timely clinical documentation with admin team support for scheduling and logistics.
- Manage your caseload based on your availability and chosen employment structure.
Compensation:
- PRN: $72 per follow-up visit $85 per evaluation
- Part-Time W-2: $65 per follow-up visit $75 per evaluation
- Full-Time W-2 Tiered: $55$70 per follow-up visit (increases with volume) $75 per evaluation
- Full-Time 1099 Tiered: $70$80 per follow-up visit (increases with volume) $85 per evaluation earn up to $145000 annually
- Full-Time Salary: $92000$110000 annually

What Youll Need:
- Active NY Occupational Therapist license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
- Strong clinical communication and time-management skills.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
