Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Contract: 13 weeks

About the Role

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Wheaton MN. This is a great opportunity for an OT looking to support patients across multiple rehab settings while helping improve function independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients across rehab settings
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support activities of daily living mobility and functional independence
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient function and daily performance
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with therapy staff patients families and care teams

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
• Occupational Therapist experience preferred
• Newer therapists may be considered
• Experience in SNF LTC home health inpatient or outpatient settings preferred
• Ability to work Monday Friday day shift
• Strong communication documentation and patient care skills
