Day shift - 8am to 5pm
Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapistyoullblend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.
Document therapyprogresswith the support of AI technology reducing after-hoursworkload.
Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients.
Patient-Centered Care:Spend more time providing hands-on compassionate care to patients.
Reduced Documentation Burden:Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.
Work-Life Balance:Cut down on after-hoursdocumentation allowing more time for family and personal priorities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Science inOccupationalTherapyrequired.
Two (2) years of experience asaOccupationalTherapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
Active and unencumberedOccupationalTherapist license in state(s) of employmentrequired.
Required within30 daysof hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Pay Range: $49.91 - $61.66
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities
