Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ozark Missouri.

As an Occupational Therapist youll help patients improve their independence safety and ability to participate in the activities that matter most to them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide skilled OT interventions
• Address ADLs functional mobility strength coordination cognition and safety
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients families and caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing physicians therapy staff and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Missouri OT license or eligibility
• NBCOT certification
