What Youll Do
Provide specialized occupational therapy services for patients with lymphedema
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians nurses and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients and families on therapy goals progress and home programs
Accurately document evaluations treatment sessions and discharge summaries
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives
Support a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
Education:
Bachelors degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program
Licensure & Certifications:
Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana
Current CPR certification
Experience:
Previous clinical experience preferred
New graduates welcome
