Hybrid Schedule: Monday and Friday remote and Tuesday - Thursday on-site!!!

• Conduct comprehensive skill acquisition assessments for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Develop individualized treatment plans goals and interventions to promote independence.
• Perform sensory assessments and implement sensory-based therapy interventions.
• Complete adaptive assessments and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians psychiatrists behavioral specialists and the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in Person-Centered Planning meetings clinical trainings and Behavior Management Review Committee meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate timely documentation of assessments treatment plans interventions and client progress.
• Attend community outings and provide therapeutic support in real-world settings when appropriate.

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles assessments and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Experience developing individualized treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems computer software and creative therapeutic media.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse personalities abilities and support needs.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
