Location: Belle Fourche South Dakota
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr $52.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 5x8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours/week
Experience: Less than 1 year accepted

About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing and long-term care contract opportunity in Belle Fourche SD. This role supports residents with improving daily living skills mobility independence and overall functional ability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resident functional abilities and therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide occupational therapy services in SNF/LTC setting

• Support ADL training mobility strengthening and adaptive techniques

• Educate residents and care teams on therapy goals and progress

• Maintain accurate therapy documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License required

• Occupational Therapy experience preferred

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Must be able to work day shift 5x8 schedule

• Holiday coverage required

• Strong communication documentation and patient care skills required
