Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Adrian MO. The ideal candidate will be a strong compassionate leader with proven operational expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care. This role oversees all areas of facility operations including regulatory compliance team leadership financial performance and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operations of the facility
Ensure adherence to state federal and organizational standards
Lead mentor and develop department managers and staff
Foster positive relationships with residents families and community partners
Oversee budgeting financial planning and census growth initiatives
Support quality assurance efforts and guide survey readiness
Qualifications:
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Missouri
Minimum 2 years of experience as an NHA required
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Proven experience managing operations staff and financial performance
