You are responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within the Accountabilities:Lead coach and develop the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe high-quality daily ward operations including staffing rostering and workload patient flow and progression of care through effective bed strong partnerships with medical allied health and key quality improvement patient safety and risk management workforce performance development recruitment and staff the ward budget resources and cost centre in line with organizational change and identify opportunities to improve efficiency outcomes and patient and mentor staff to ensure a safe supportive and therapeutic our organizations values of respect compassion and integrity in every and Experience:Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing clinical governance and patient safety communication and stakeholder engagement supporting staff development coaching and performance clinical governance workforce management and operational leadership : Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent approved RN License is certification within three months of hire is required.A high level of accountability for your own work.A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused leadership experience including a minimum of 3 years NUM experience in an acute ward; NUM experience is :Bonus CompensationHealth InsurancePaid time off plan (Vacation Holidays etc.)401(k) savings Chiro Center One:We are committed to providing patients with the highest quality care.
