Nurse Practitioner/PA job details:

Position Details:

• Full time
• 40 or 36 hours per week
• Clinics open 7 days per week8:00am 8:00pm
• Weekend rotations
  

Primary role is:
Providing care to patients at one of our Convenient Care locations.

Essential Job Duties:

• Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.
• Orders interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and healthcare needs.
• Records physical findings formulates plan and prognosis based on patients condition.
• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.
• Respects patients rights including the right to inform privacy confidentiality and the right to refuse care.
• Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.
• Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience preferred ideally in primary care or ER setting
• Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program
• Must have Indiana RN license.
• Must have active APRN or PA/CSR license
• AANP ANCC or PA certification

License/Certification:

• BLS certification
