About the Opportunity

Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic outpatient clinic team in Reno this role you will deliver comprehensive patient-centered care manage acute and chronic conditions and drive disease prevention initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment examinations wellness physicals and health screenings.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic illnesses following evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive patient treatment plans alongside the supervising physician.
• Order perform and interpret diagnostic tests while monitoring intervention efficacy.
• Oversee clinic-administered health surveillance programs including auditory and respiratory testing.
• Educate coach and advocate for patients regarding preventative health and lifestyle choices.
• Ensure accurate timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consult with leadership on case management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active state license as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (or Certified Physician Assistant).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Urgent Care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid DEA registration (preferred).
• Strong clinical decision-making excellent communication skills and commitment to compassionate care.
