• Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and womens health services in an outpatient setting.
• Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models clinical protocols and innovative practice standards.
• Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.

• Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g. ANCC AANP or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.
• Clinical Expertise: 2 years in outpatient primary care with exposure to Womens Health (routine gyn contraception STIs) Mental Health and inclusive patient-centered care.
• Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.

Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:

• Specialized Womens Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
• Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology weight management and procedural scope.

This is an onsite role based in Pasadena. #LI-Onsite

• Monday Thursday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: Off
• Second Saturday of each month: Required with the preceding Thursday off

Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors including experience skills qualifications location role leveling business needs and market conditions.

The expected base salary range for this role reflects a 32 hour work week: $120000 - $144000
