Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Geriatric Primary Care

A premier Life Plan Community is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP to provide high-quality relationship-driven geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team in the Atlanta Georgia area! 20 miles NE of Atlanta.

Benefits and Features:

• Competitive Salary $110000 - $120000 depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time M-F 8:30-5
• APRN will manage patients living in the Senior living community in a clinic setting seeing 10-12 patients/day for primary care and walk-in appointments
• Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a Physician and Medical Director but will be the lead provider in the clinic

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/APRN/NP
• 1 year of experience working with geriatric patients
• GA licensed
