CommunityCare Hazleton in Hazle Township PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

CommunityCare a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. CommunityCare Hazleton is located in Hazle Township approximately2 hours northwest of Philadelphia.
