You are a Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
Youre comfortable caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions
You can perform suturing joint injections skin biopsies and basic wound care
You value quality continuity and team-based care
Geriatric experience is a plus not required

Base salary: $130000
Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary; total potential $143000
