What makes you a great fit
You are a Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
Youre comfortable caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions
Youre proficient with suturing joint injections skin biopsies and basic wound care
You hold a current unrestricted license and DEA registration
You value team-based care and measurable outcomes
Geriatric experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130000
Bonus opportunity: Up to 10%; $143000 potential total cash compensation
