Youll step into a clinical leadership role supporting a 50-bed adult crisis stabilization unit with a typical census of 3545. Youll lead a team of approximately 5060 RNs LPNs and mental health technicians while remaining clinically involved when needed.

What makes you a great fit
Youre a Florida-licensed RN or eligible for licensure
You have 35 years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
You have 2 years of nursing leadership experience at the House Supervisor/Assistant Nurse Manager level or above
Youre comfortable with acute psychiatric and co-occurring populations
ADN accepted with strong experience; BSN preferred
Youre willing to remain clinically hands-on when needed

$37$44/hour with potential flexibility based on experience
