The Nurse Manager RN is responsible for providing leadership oversight and clinical guidance to nursing staff to ensure highâquality patient & patient care in full compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

The targeted Annual Salary range for this job is $86000 - $96000

Learn more at Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensures that campus policies and procedures State and Federal requirements rules and regulations as they relate to nursing care are adhered to.
2. Responsible for coordination and direction of all patient care. Coordinates care and services with other departments/providers from the time of admission to discharge.
3. Completes appropriate assessments documentation delegating data collection within scope of practice and acting timely on findings.
4. Administers medications completes treatments as ordered and accurately observes and monitors patients condition on an ongoing basis.
5. Trains and educates team members. Plans and directs work completes performance appraisals delivers corrective action to team members and addresses complaints and problem resolution.
6. Maintains safety of patients and team members. Responds appropriately to safety hazards and reports any issues to the appropriate person. Ensures that all staff follow the infection control policy and procedure.
7. Charts documents and communicates care related information in the manner dictated by nursing practice and facility policy.
8. Coordinates new employee site orientation with the assistance of support staff.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure
• Two years of nursing experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to follow all safety rules regulations policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy HIPAA Patients Bill of Rights Universal Precaution AWAIR OSHA Right to know SDS ADA HUD Policy and Procedures Fair Housing laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Previous experience working with seniors

Required Experience:
