RN Manager Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential outpatient inpatient patient-centered medical homes medication-assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis opioid use disorder homelessness and mental illness. Community Bridges Inc. Job Summary This position plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care to multiple clinic sites. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical financial and personnel management within the region. Skills/Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelors degree. Masters preferredMust possess a strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management clinic operational structures and systems and policies procedures and processes as normally demonstrated through a minimum of two years experience in managing a health care possess at least 3 years of clinical experience relevant to patient experience should include management of staff and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent public relations human relations and conflict resolution skills.
