Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM weekends as required
Total Working Hours per week: 36 hours
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week diagnostic imaging assignment in Carbondale Illinois. This role is specifically for a medical imaging professional with nuclear medicine experience. Lab technicians without nuclear medicine imaging experience will not qualify.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to facility standards

• Prepare patients for nuclear medicine exams and explain procedures clearly

• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment safely and accurately

• Follow radiation safety protocols and imaging department procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

• Collaborate with radiologists physicians and imaging team members

• Support quality patient care in a professional imaging environment

Requirements

• Active Illinois license or applicable state credential required

• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required

• Nuclear medicine imaging background required

• EPIC experience required

• Diagnostic imaging experience required

• Ability to work weekends as required

• Strong attention to detail safety and patient care
