Noon — StaffPrincipal Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Lead/Staff Frontend Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to serve as the technical anchor for our frontend this high-leverage hands-on role you will be the primary driver of our products technical excellence solving complex problems like maintaining high performance on canvases with thousands of AI-generated nodes. You will balance deep-work coding and day-to-day execution with long-term technical direction and mentoring. We are looking for a leader to help us build the next-generation AI design tool for product teams and reinvent how designers work.

What will you be doing

• Own module boundaries state/data flow rendering strategy and extensibility.
• Drive the frontend roadmap through RFCs and architecture reviews balancing speed-to-market with long-term maintainability.
• Own frontend performance across large documents long sessions and memory usage.
• Set the bar for testing CI quality gates observability and release reliability to ensure a zero-regression culture.
• Mentor engineers and raise the frontend engineering craft across the organization through code reviews and technical workshops.

• Base salary: $250K - $300K
