Job Summary:
Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $20/hr
- Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Timehours available
- Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages with a focus on children
- Deliver world-class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning running surface lifts facilitating lunch fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays
- Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time
The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
