What Youll Do:

• Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

• Monitor residents conditions provide direct nursing care and respond promptly to changes in status.

• Collaborate with physicians residents and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.

• Maintain accurate documentation reports and charting in accordance with professional standards.

• Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

• Ensure safety infection control and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.

What Were Looking For:
Current and in good standing RN license in the State of California
Strong leadership and communication skills
Compassionate dependable and committed to resident-centered care
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
