Summary:
The position of Testing Coordinatoris responsible forsupporting theAssistant Dean of Evaluation & Assessmentinthecoordination of allBurrellstudent testing. This positiondemonstratesdaily Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicines value for respect trustintegrityand commitment.
- This position is nonexempt.
- This position reports to the Assistant Dean ofEvaluation & Assessment.
- The salary for this position starts at $19.62/hour ($40800 annual)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
WorkcloselywithFacultyStaffCourseDirectorsandLeadershipinorganizingexam materials andensuringmaterialisaccurately entered intoassessment software.
Assistwithall aspectsofexam processes when theAssistant Dean of Evaluation & Assessmentisunavailableor there are multiple exams taking place at the same time.
Create Individual and Collaborativeexams.
Create exam calculation spreadsheet for all exams (Individual Accommodationand Collaborative)
Create Assessment Checklists for all exams (Individual Accommodationand Collaborative)
Create Individual exam sign-in sheets for allexams.
Scan and save Individual exam sign-in sheets by student name for allexams.
Create Collaborative exam sign-in sheets forexams if applicable(added a return)
ScanandsaveCollaborative exam sign-in sheets bystudentsnamespergroup.
Communicate tostudentsappropriate examinformation.
Scheduleandsend email reminders toexamproctorsfor eachexam.
Ensureproctor compensationincludescreatingand processing invoices.
Ensure all exam supplies are available on exam day and in multiplelocations.
Keep informed of advancing technologyinstandardized exam administration and associatedsoftware.
Perform other duties asassigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Education and/or progressively responsible experience equivalent to anAssociatesdegreeina related field.
Preferences:
ExperiencewithExamSoftor similar exam supportsystemsand working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

This job is conducted in an office work environment.
Approximately 90% of this positions duties requiretheuse of a computer.
Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally.
The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
Work Schedule:
Typically Monday through Friday8 am-5 pm
May occasionally early mornings eveningsand weekends
