Summary
The Office of Management & Budget (OMB) is recruiting for 4 Technical Testing resources to perform Manual front-end testing on a web based budgeting application ( EDISON Budget System.).This position will be responsible for reviewing and updating UAT Test plans; executing testing plans and performing validations within the EDISON system; documenting testing results issues and errors.

Summary

Skills:
- Manual front-end testing on web based budgeting application.
- Experience with testing tools Testlink or similar.
- Experience with Application security testing is a plus (looking to have 1 one of the resources specialize in the security testing).
- Statistical accounting or budget knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with creating/running SQL queries is a plus.
- Experience with MS Access DB is a plus.
- Experience with MS Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
