NIGHT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Pay Range: $59000 to $77000 per yearWork Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (5pm to 2am)Position Summary Description:Supervises and coordinates activities of employees concerned with receiving inbound inventory and replenishment of inventory in order to prepare the Distribution Center for the evening picking Duties and Responsibilities:1. Supervises and coordinates activities of employees concerned with replenishment order selection and loading of inventory.2. Oversees and directs employees on care and preservation of items received stored and shipped.3. Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures in the outbound area.4. Works to resolve discrepancies traces history movement of items to determine reasons for discrepancies and recommends remedial actions.5. Determines work procedures prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.6. Performs similar and related duties as assigned by Supervisor.7. Uses the Companys Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding :Associate or bachelors Degree; preferred or equivalent experience At least 5 years of related experience; including leadershipPhysical Demands:Frequently required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
