Job Summary
Maintains safety on all grounds buildings and equipment as needed to provide a safe and clean environment. Provides coordination of security and event needs and direction of evening custodial staff.
- Performs cleaning duties and maintains supplies
- Performs maintenance duties
- Coordinates storage duties and setting up for events
- Coordinates and performs various external building safety needs and maintains pleasant appearance of buildings and grounds
- Coordinates schedules for maintenance staff at the secondary level.
- Performs upkeep of floors
Preferred Qualifications- not required
- Up to one year of specialized or technical training which relates to this position.
- Experience in boiler operations.
- Experience with snow removal and like equipment.
