Night Custodian

Welcome to Live Oak School District!Our mission is to empower inspire and ensure equitable opportunities for every student to thrive. We teach and nurture the whole child in an academically rigorous collaborative and innovative Live Oak School District was established in 1872 and currently serves approximately 1700 students in three elementary schools one middle school one K-8 independent charter school and one alternative school. The student population is 50% Hispanic 31% White 19% Other 30% English learner and 60% Socioeconomically disadvantaged.

Under supervision performs regularly proficiently and independently basic custodial jobs. May perform routine maintenance tasks and evaluate more complex maintenance requirements for resolution by maintenance personnel. Has daily contact with students staff and community during routine performance of is the second level position on the Custodial series demonstrated ability to work independently from work orders and general (oral and written) instructions perform light maintenance such as changing lights replacing filters patching painting securing loose fixtures etc. Full Time Schedule 1:00 pm-9:30. Supports multiple sites roving custodian.
