Are you a nursing student approaching graduation We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) with less than <12 months of experience to join our healthcare team. As a valued member of our organization you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. - Provide compassionate and competent direct patient care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.
- Monitor and assess patients physical and emotional well-being promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients ensuring their holistic needs are met.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians therapists and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address emergent situations and provide timely interventions.
- Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills staying current with evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.
- Uphold professional standards ethical principles and confidentiality in all interactions with patients families and colleagues.
- Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere for patients supporting them through their healthcare journey.

- Compliance with HIPPA standards
- Valid/Active Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Successful completion of an accredited nursing program resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma Nursing Program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association is required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are beneficial.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (unit dependent)
- RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
