JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE in Neurology (ABPN or AOBNP)
- Licenses: Active NJ License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA: Active DEA and NJ CDS
- Certifications: BLS
- Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Cerner/Oracle Fusion) willingness to rotate among three locations ability to work independently team collaboration
- Evaluate & manage new and established adult and geriatric general-neurology patients.
- Manage common neurological conditions including headache migraine seizure disorders neuropathy movement disorders multiple sclerosis cognitive disorders and post-stroke follow-up.
- Review diagnostic imaging laboratory results and outside medical records; order appropriate testing and manage medications.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers APPs specialists and other members of the neuroscience team.
- Complete documentation patient messages test-result review and follow-up responsibilities promptly; provide independent outpatient coverage across multiple practice locations.
