Location: Hybrid - onsite Wednesdays & Thursdays or otherwise as needed Los Angeles CA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Infrastructure / Network Engineer with strong experience in VMware and Palo Alto technologies to support data center operations infrastructure maintenance and network-related troubleshooting. This individual should be confident working within the data center environment including performing hands-on support such as restarts and operational remediation as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of infrastructure support network experience and DevOps practices with the ability to assist in handling outages configuration issues onboarding activities and ongoing maintenance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for data center and infrastructure environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve network configuration and infrastructure-related issues
• Support outage response remediation and general production support activities
• Perform maintenance and onboarding activities across infrastructure systems
• Work hands-on in the data center environment including equipment restarts when necessary
• Support infrastructure as code and code-driven configuration practices
• Collaborate with the technical team on environment stability support and continuous improvement
• Use scripting and source control tools such as Git to support automation and configuration management

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in infrastructure network engineering or related support roles
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware
• Strong experience with Palo Alto technologies
• Solid networking experience
• Experience supporting data center operations
• Familiarity with scripting for automation and operational support
• Experience with Git/source control
• Exposure to DevOps concepts including infrastructure as code / configuration as code
• Proven ability to support operational environments troubleshoot outages and resolve configuration issues
