Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organizations network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice data and video network services. This includes planning designing and implementing network solutions as well as monitoring network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure install and maintain network hardware and software including routers switches firewalls and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect network data and resources.
• Collaborate with IT team members to design and deploy network solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations changes and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance network performance and security.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols architectures and security practices.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNA CompTIA Network) are preferred.
