Overview:
The NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. This role requires strong architectural vision hands-on technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business process automation and data flow. The architect will analyze current workflows recommend integration best practices and ensure robust secure and high-performance solutions are delivered in alignment with organizational goals.

Overview:
The NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. This role requires strong architectural vision hands-on technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business process automation and data flow. The architect will analyze current workflows recommend integration best practices and ensure robust secure and high-performance solutions are delivered in alignment with organizational goals.
Primary Objectives:
- Design develop and optimize end-to-end integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce utilizing APIs middleware and appropriate integration tools.
- Serve as technical lead in solution architecture integration strategy and best practice standards for both platforms.
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify integration opportunities streamline workflows and improve data visibility and accuracy.
- Provide hands-on leadership in developing testing deploying and maintaining integration processes.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues ensuring minimal downtime and seamless data synchronization.
- Ensure all integration solutions meet security compliance and scalability requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation integration maps and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT business analysts developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in NetSuite Salesforce and integration technologies recommending enhancements as needed.
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
- Proven expertise in integrating NetSuite and Salesforce with middleware tools (e.g. Dell Boomi MuleSoft Celigo Jitterbit Workato).
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs data transformation and workflow automation principles.
- Solid background in solution and integration architecture with experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
