Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET application development Microsoft Azure and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from software development into project/program management and have experience leading large-scale application development projects in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Required Skills:

• 1522 years of overall IT experience.
• 810 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• 510 years of hands-on experience in .NET C# and Microservices development.
• 46 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Certification preferred).
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server backend development.
• Experience leading application development and modernization programs.
• Expertise in stakeholder management requirements management delivery tracking risk & dependency management.
• Experience working with 67 client stakeholders (Business Product Owner Architect QA DevOps Infrastructure Leadership) within the same program.
• 35 years of experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Higher Education Healthcare Research or Large Enterprise environments.
• PMP Scrum or Azure certifications are a plus.
