.NET LEAD Hybrid (W2 Position)

Key Requirements:

                     Senior leader (.NET 6)

Strong attention to detail with experience mentoring junior developers conducting code reviews and leading projects

• Excellent communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Experience modernizing/refactoring legacy applications
• DevOps experience is a plus
• Cloud experience is not required

Meeting Notes

                     Looking for a Sr. person even to lead her current resources on the team to help get them more organized

o        Person were replacing was super attention to detail as well as helping the juniors grow-- doing their code reviews and doing them properly

This would be a Sr. person in the code

• • Also needs to be hands on-- will be leading a lot of projects either skilling up the devs
  • Working with business partners-- communication needs to be very good
  • Ability to discuss technical terms and turn it into non-technical terms
  • Tech skills:

     .Net 6

Cloud experience is unnecessary

• • • Refactoring old technology into new technology

Issue with older devs is that theyre not keeping their skills up to date
