Job Description:

• Participate in projects associated with the technology domain including installation upgrades and deployment efforts. Identify opportunity for service quality and availability within the technology domain environment.
• Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that are related to low to medium risk deliverables and that require research evaluation and selection of alternative technology domains.
• Present recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements. Exercise independent judgment while also developing understanding of given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with technology colleagues internal partners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of -Finance and/or Banking and/or Mortgage-PREFER MORTGAGE
• Software Engineering experience
• 2 years of hands-on experience Full Stack development C# .NET Core / Core
• ANGULAR- for full stack
• B.S Degree
• 1 years of experience applying Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design performance tuning and query optimization.
• 2 years of experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:
  • GitHub Copilot Devin (or similar AI coding tools)

• Front end will be Angular preferred (React is OK)

• Needs a lead developer so its going to be important to have someone that is comfortable with that and has used AI to its fullest
• No specific focus on a certain tool but who will lead by example utilizing AI and help the team come up to speed on how theyve done it
• Needs AI is currently being used for testing automation and dev

• 1 years experience with unit testing integration testing
• 1 years of experience with test automation tools
• Experience identifying analyzing and remediating application security vulnerabilities
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices
• Well-versed in SDLC processes
• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
