We are seeking a Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing software solutions using technology. This position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and experience with Agile software development Qualifications:Design develop and implement software solutions using technology (Framework and/or CORE)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutionsWrite clean well-structured and maintainable codeConduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production environmentsStay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development including AI developmentParticipate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesExperience with Git Visual Studio and/or source control management (Azure/DevOps)Preferred skills and experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience developmentExperience using AI for development regression testing in C# and Microsoft SQL ServerFamiliarity with JavaScript jQuery HTML and CSSExperience with Web Forms MVC and COREExperience with Visual Studio 2026Familiarity with Agile software development methodologiesExperience with Web Services (API)Experience with or Entity FrameworkExperience with Angular is a plusHR Industry experience is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsClearance Requirement:Secret Security clearance Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
