Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join a Charlotte-based team supporting enterprise call center portal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience and be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments involving multiple system integrations.

This role focuses primarily on backend application development using .NET C# and WPF with limited exposure to Angular on the front end. The selected candidate will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to support and enhance critical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications and C#
• Support enterprise portal applications used within call center environments
• Participate in system integration initiatives across enterprise platforms
• Enhance and maintain WPF-based desktop applications
• Collaborate with developers business users and technical stakeholders
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues
• Write clean scalable and maintainable production-quality code
• Support application performance improvements and ongoing enhancements

Required Skills

• Strong experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Hands-on experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
• Solid backend development experience
• Experience working with enterprise-level applications and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Must be able to attend an onsite interview in Charlotte NC

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks
• Experience supporting call center or customer service applications
• Familiarity with enterprise platform integrations and distributed systems
