This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a stable well-respected team within a Level III NICU offering a high degree of clinical autonomy supported by a culture of professional collegiality and the robust resources of the Ascension Saint Agnes health network

• Join an established team of 4 physicians
• Practice setting: Level III NICU
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Certification
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Provide expert clinical interventions for neonates in the NICU and Well-Baby nurseries ensuring every infant receives high-level compassionate direct care.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to provide expert consultations for Obstetric and Pediatric partners ensuring seamless care transitions for complex neonatal patients.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education:

• Masters degree of Nursing required.
