Need AEM Solutions Lead

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

• 8 years of experience in AEM development; strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites Assets Sling Jobs and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams including mentoring conducting code reviews and promoting industry best practices (DevOps Cloud Agile).
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements identify risks and define maintainable solutions within the AEM platform
• Design develop and support AEM components integrations and applications for building websites
• Expertise in Java Sling OSGi HTL (Sightly) and front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).

• Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configs caching techniques and performance tuning
• Experience deploying websites to AEM Cloud Service and on-premises installations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git Maven Jenkins or other DevOps tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving production issues in AEM environments.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and team collaboration tools

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Adobe Target is not required but consider a plus
• Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM is a
• Experience with Akamai Content Delivery Network for websites
• Experience with language translation tools such as Smartling or Transperfect
• Experience with search engines such as Coveo or Solr
