As our next Program Management Analyst for NAVAIRyoull collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative mission-critical solutions that empower naval aviation and defense operations. Your expertise will help shape cutting-edge systems enhance national security and drive technological advancement for our nation.
- Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
- Provide reports data calls and attend meetings as required
- Analyze financial data funding statements and expenditure reports
- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
- Forecast project future expenditures
- Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets
- Prepare clear reports charts and presentations to guide financial decisions
- Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning scheduling workload analysis risk analysis)
- Ability to work with project schedules track tasking and provide status to leadership and the PMA
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills including ability to develop and present briefing slides
- Other duties as assigned
- Current/active DoD Secret clearance ability to obtain Top Secret must be a US Citizen.
- Familiarization with CSPT PMT and ERP
- 5 years of related work experience.
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (desired)
