NAND Tooling Hardware Engineer

The NAND Tooling Hardware Engineer is responsible for the delivery of Test Hardware solutions on a global scale. The Tooling Hardware Engineer networks with global customers to identify Tooling HW requirements and delivers functional solutions to Product development schedule requirements.

Provides direct Tooling HW Engineering services to global multiple functional NAND Product development teams. The Tooling Hardware Engineer delivers Tooling solutions for globally dispersed Engineering teams addressing ongoing sustainability & evolving NAND roadmap requirements for all Tooling Hardware solutions at Wafer test and Package test.

Qualifications :

10 years developing and delivering Semiconductor Tooling Hardware solutions preferred coupled with BS degree in either of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering addition experienced in the Application use of AutoCAD & related PCB design applications such as Fusion360 and SolidWorks in addition to Microsoft Office Products Suite.

The compensation range for this role is $105440 - $164800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
