We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for clients throughout Middlesex County NJ. We have multiple part-time openings with a variety of schedules available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collect and document session data.

• Support communication social behavioral and daily living skill development.

• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred (required for the Edison case).

• RBT certification is a plus but not required.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Strong communication skills patience and a positive attitude.
